My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I wish I could answer but this was a staging job we did for a builder and I had not part in the floor staining. As always staining depends not only on the color stain but the type of wood you are applying it to. When you are looking at pics and asking for colors make sure you do a sample as it may look very different on your floors (not to mention photo shop, etc. etc)

    Those are site finished Oak floors. The stain looks site applied and custom. The grain is Plain Sawn.
