I would not bother painting the brick but get rid of the shutters. Maybe paint the wrought iron(?) or replace it with wood columns and no porch rail. Break up the very linear raised beds to match the curve of the pathway. Paint the front door a strong color. Darker shingles for the roof.

The brick is quite attractive as it is. I wouldn't paint it. Try forest green or French blue for shutters. Warm gray shingles for the new roof. Prop the shingle samples against the brick for a few days.
