Up next in my ongoing reno is the dilemma on tile patterns. I will be using Marrazzi Dapple Gray wood-look tile throughout my small, 1500 sq ft, single story home (vaulted ceilings everywhere except hallway leading to 2 spare bdrms & guest bath). I plan on laying the tile in a herringbone pattern but am stumped on what pattern to do for the spare beds/bath. I would like some variation, so should I lay the tile straight in those rooms or go with carpet in the bedrooms? I'm not a fan of carpet unless someone has a recommendation that would make me change my mind! Wall colors will be BM Dove Wing & White Dove, all trim Simply White. Restoration Hardware furnishings & Darlana lantern in dining room. Help! One chance to get this right! I've been saving a longggg time! Thank you!
