My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for responding to my question. While I am not ready yet, I am hoping to either build or renovate a farmhouse in New York's Finger Lakes region, and this house is probably the closest I have seen to what I would like to accomplish. Are there any interior shots of the house or further information on it available? On a side note I just noticed that you raise boxwood. I may have to make a trip to NJ to see your nursery as I am looking for just the right boxwood for my current home. Thank you again, Bob
