new small duplex appartement

would anyone please recommend/guide me in the following ( please see plan)
1st Floor:
+ i want a larger living room, small bathroom not required at this floor ( Understairs toilet is sufficient)
+ no balcony needed ( or maybe smaller) to largen the kitchen
2nd Floor.
+ MUCH large Bathroom needed ( The attic terracce cannot be changed in size)
Can anyone please give me and advice how to plan more ergonomic as this appartment is really small .
