My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi @subshaw and @janetjtaylor9 — the sink is from a local store in Nashville, TN called Iron Gate. The tub is from South of Market but it is not online. I believe it was purchased in-store. The store locations are in Atlanta, New York City and Charleston.

Is that a custom concrete sink? Also the bathtub. Would love your resource.

Thanks so much. I am a designer on 30-A. You've done a fabulous job! I love South of Market. I've been to the one in Atlanta. I'm working on a Nashville home right now and will check out Iron Gate when next in town. Janet
