I painted my round oak kitchen table last year a creamy white and then distressed it. It sits in a white beadboard wainscoting nook- like space in the small kitchen. I just painted my cabinets a brighter white (almost done!) and now I think the table looks murky with the 2 different whites. I never did paint the kitchen chairs so they are still med brown wood (not oak). I was thinking maybe the table could be black? Or white pedestal and black top. Or white with black chairs? Or should I paint it the same as the cabinets and beadboard? Too much white?? Really tho, I have no idea what would look good!!
