Plan to paint trim in my kitchen Swiss Coffee in my kitchen. The walls are Chester Town Buff. Both are Benjamin Moore paint.

I have light walnut or pine cabinets (same color as current trim). The house was built in the late 80's.
Popcorn ceilings. Should we smooth the popcorn ceilings? We want to do whatever we need to make it sellable in a year or so.
