My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi there,

    Our return policy is as follows:

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned in new condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. Customer pays for the return shipping costs
