Is this plant ok?

I ordered this online and I am not sure if the plant is healthy? Do I just remove the bad parts or try and return it? It is a CLEMATIS 'FRANZISKA MARIA'. Some leaves are curled up, others have holes but there are also several healthy looking ones.
