We have been working hard at getting our home the way we want it.
We are ripping out carpet to lace in hardwood floors (with our other hardwood) and redoing the stairs.
The floors will be a new stain color, English Chestnut.
We would like to rip out the carpet on the stairs, and replace it with a runner..

We are looking at possible replacing wood spindles with iron spindles...however, I am struggling with color ideas.
Our trim is not white (it's an ivory color) so I'd rather avoid using the trim on the skirt,ect.
