Rotted bean seeds...

Ok I have been dieing waiting for my rattle snake beans to sprout... And one did a few days ago!! Since there has been nothing... So I dug one up and it smushed, then I dug another one and same thing... Out of 10 feet of beans planted every 4" u get one??? Ugh so I guess I'll order some more and try again (it has been a really wet month) my question is can I just plant the new seeds or do I need to try and remove all the others first? And besides rattle snake is there any other pole bean that can handle the heat of summer? I guess It's almost getting to late to try anyother beans in my zone (7b) that can't handle July and August (95+)

Where did you get those beans? Any commercial seeds should give you, at least, 70% - 80% germination (not scientific, or factual, just my own estimation for what I'd be satisfied with barring environmental factors.)

Burpee is where I got them, do you know if I can just replant in same spot with out having to dig others up

Very common occurrence to have that happen. Happens to me every few years. Too wet, too much rain, overwatering. Try different varieties every year, same year, and only plant 1/3rd of each pack or less. Sow another row just behind those each 5-7 days for a few weeks. Will get a great harvest no mater what happens environmentally. And with different varieties growing at different grow rates you will always have some fresh beans for the table over a longer span of time.

Then you will find some favorites that do well for your climate.

I have a half dozen early peas...two are favorites grown every year and i'm trialing some new varieties.

Succession planting is always good practice for many reasons. One, weather. Two, bugs. Three, disease.

"(it has been a really wet month)"

Often results in bean seed rot before germination.

" And besides rattle snake is there any other pole bean that can handle the heat of summer?"

IME with 100+ degrees in July and August most any variety of pole bean does fine with summer heat - the plants thrive as long as they have adequate water. It is just that they can suffer blossom drop during the periods of high nineties IF there is also high humidity at the same time. So production of most any variety falls off with those conditions but then resumes once the humidity and/or temps drop a bit. If humidity isn't a problem in your area then try whatever variety you want.

And yes you can easily just replant in the same spot without digging the others up.
