Could this be a DH?

I'm kinda hopeing for it to be. Its leaves are very different from my other dwarf RCN and it has looked like this since it "hatched". I have accumulated so far 1 month of experience with Adeniums so I have no clue. All I know is that its very different from the others.
Is this usual with seedlings or did I win the DH lottory?
