Either you buy new soft close hinges, or you buy the something like this

I want to put in a plug for the soft-close adapters that Taylor's C&I linked to. I installed them on all 19 of my cabinet doors with a Dremel and screwdriver in about 30 minutes. They work like a charm.

You can replace the hinges no problem. Blummotion is excellent hardware.

A search on Ebay will show you a selection of hardware options. You can take a hinge to your local hardware store and they may be able to help as well.

I haven't tried other brands of adapters, but when I've tried to save money by going with a different brand of drawer slides, hinges, etc., I've regretted it. Blum is really good quality - well worth the money. You can often find better prices at woodworking sites like CSH.
