I was at someones house where they used a cut down chain link fence that opened in front and top using simple gate supplies. They then covered all sides and top with green hedge like material that wove inside the chainlink. It was done on 2 different levels and looked like hedges. Think Minecraft green block.

Thanks, everyone. Probably a good idea to build a matching block wall. My only concern is the small space and I would like to have some foliage. Perhaps a short wall with a planter on top with a hanging plant. This gives me ideas. Thanks again.

P.S. Do you have a larger pool as well? The filter size looks like overkill for that small spa. If it's just the spa, perhaps downsize the filter and make it a smaller footprint.

It doesn't look like you have room for anything wide. I would make a hinged lattice surround to place around it, which could be removed for maintenance, because you will need access to the equipment. See if you can find a creeping vine for the block wall at the end of the spa.
