I love the layout. What is the hanging height of the wall cabinets?

I absolutely love the layout. So much so, that I'm mocking it up in my new home office with soapstone countertops and all plywood construction cabinets in a rich colonial american stain. Do you know that your hanging height was for the wall cabinets and what the ceiling height was for this project?
