Burned looking leaves, not mites?

10 years ago

ALL my camellias have this problem, some have died or are just barely hanging on. It's the flowers as well as the leaves that are infected. The leaves remind me of sun burnt plants. That kind of burnt, brown look to them. I don't observe any mites though. What else could it be?
