That's a nice bargain. If they're root bound, I would re-pot right away and place them outside. If you have an area that gets morning sun and afternoon shade, that would be ideal.

Pot them up one pot size to give them more root room and do take them outside. Roses are not house plants and will probably die if left inside for too long.

I split a pot of 6 roses that Were leftovers from Valentine's Day. I think The little pot cost 3 or 3:50. They all lived, even the one that I accidentally left sitting in a pot of water for a good 24 hours. It looked dead but I put it in morning sun/afternoon shade and kept it watered and it has rebounded. Three are in pots and three are in the ground.

I also just split and reported the saddest looking Kordana (possibly Belami) into larger 4 and all 4 of those are doing very well now.
