My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Wood Species: European Oak
    Colour: Georgia
    Size: 220mm wide x 16mm x 2400mm random lengths

    This timber flooring has a natural oiled finish, no shine, which enhances the natural grain and is very soft to walk on.
    It was chosen because it gives a vintage appearance that matches the Victorian style of the house and the warm tones anchor the interiors.
