do you realize the image is black and white? do you have a colored image?

Pink or purple for the walls, or maybe dark blue or a yellow; maybe green. You need something to add some color to that room, it's too grey.

What sort of aesthetic are you going for?
If the counter is Carrara marble, you can paint the vanity white, light warm grey, or even keep it black.
White tends to be quite classic.
Grey can be a tad trendy
And black, (paired with Carrara) has a old world charm. Think NYC - 1930s :)
