Wonderful flowers, how big the shrub will be on maturity?

Thank you all for your supporting comments. I don't know how tall it will get Alex. Right now it is at about 28-30 inches. I think I know why people like Rockii tree peonies. The flower petals have better substance than the normal Chinese TP so they stand up better against wind and rain. We had rain this morning and the flowers were not bruised.

You are right, Littlebin. I mean the Chinese Suffruticosa vs the Chinese Rockii Tree Peonies. Some Chinese Suffruticosas have very delicate petals and bruise easily by rain. I think the strong petals substance as well as the purple flares of Rockii peony flowers make them very special peony trees.

I hadn't seen a picture of Joseph Rock with the pink petaloids. Delectable either way!
