rain bird sprinklers won't rotate

This rain bird system w/5000 series rotors was professionally installed back in 2007. I recently noticed 3 sprinklers won't rotate. They pop-up, spray water and retract. They just won't rotate. The other sprinklers in the same zone are working fine. Any suggestions on how to fix? Should I just replace them? Thanks.
