My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Finally the rain stopped....

The roses are a mess! All the taller ones are hanging to the ground practically. So much deadheading and pruning to do! Spent all day Mother's Day working to try and finish the chicken pen. We were hoping to get the little biddies in there last night, but didn't quite get done. Hopefully tonight!! We've been working on it the last 4weeks... no time for the roses!! Once we're thru with it, I can get on to rosier things!! Aaaah!!
