I have been studying Calpahlon everyday pans. Could someone please clarify the difference between Calphalon Signature Hard Anodized Non-Stick everyday pan, Calphalon Contemporary Non-Stick, and the Calphalon Unison Non-Stick? I can't figure it out. Also, I'm a little concerned it is too shallow to brown chicken pieces and make paella. What do you think? any other suggestions? It must be non-stick and have 2 looked handles.
