A couple of ideas come to mind that could help better define entry door location while making this view of your home look and feel more unified, sophisticated and intentional. 1. What if you were to extend the upper deck at the same level across the garage elevation? It looks like this would install above the garage doors and could be as simple as trim or more involved like another deck space. This would tie the garage volume to the main home. Many questions and details would need to be considered to design this properly, so please know I'm speaking strictly conceptually. 2. Redesign and redirect the staircase so that it aligns with the upper level entry door and "opens" to the front of the home. It could work very well to have this staircase wider at the bottom.....would intuitively direct guests to the entry. 3. Possibly this upper deck might need a rethink too. Perhaps the deck area at the redirected stairs could be extended forward a few feet to, not necessarily align with the garage, but to overcome that recessed/less important sense that exists now. I hope this is helpful food for thought.

I'd also ask whether you actually need three levels of porches -- especially the lower one looks like its only view is the staircase, and that level might be better served by a porch or simple walk-out. Alternatively, is there any logical way to make the entry to the home be on the main level? Otherwise, you have some good suggestions above, and I'd try to darken the staircase and other orange wood elements so that those aren't the main element of the front drawing your eye.

I think that forward stairs extending into the yard would do the most to indicate a welcoming entry (and decrease the lodge feel) -- combine that with other choices to emphasize the main entry, like plantings/pots at the bottom and a brightly painted door (and good lighting) at the top, and maybe enlarging that single deck to make it stand out from the others (with or without leftward extension across garage).

Another option (again, depending a bit on what's on the lower level) would be to make an intermediate level deck/porch, so that one climbs up a certain distance, then turns for the rest. That's often done for high entries with no lower level, but here it would depend on your willingness to continue to screw with the views below. You might even be able to do something like a grilling patio over to the right, with a bridge to your main entrance. Assuming you like exercise already. :)
