My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you please tell me if that is a pre-finished engineered wood floor? Manufacturer and color? Thanks!

    Previous designer comments show """hickory high grade laminated wood flooring. The color was a light washed color. I like hickory because of the grain color variation however it can be a bit strong. The wash stain made the color variation a little less intense."""


    For the Florida climate you will need a good high quality Engineered floor. These are available both finished and unfinished.
