My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Entry way living room

Any advice on where to place a TV, a couch... what kind.... no idea how to design this space!

    One thing I would do first is remove the mantel. It just isn't right...size, color, style are wrong. I would rather see no mantel at all.

    First inclination is to put the t v next to the fireplace. You can do this with IKEA products for not much money and it will look great.

    I think a sectional is about all you can do. Measure carefully. It would be nice if this arrangement fit your room. You can subtract a section to make it fit.

    You need a three foot walkway from the front door to the dining area. You can make it feel like a hallway if you get a runner. The sectional backs up to the runner.
