What a beautiful design you have created. I would go with the one of the left. It will show dirt and imperfections less. It will provide a nice contrast against the solid color cabinets and won't conflict for the granite you have chosen.

I do like the mat finish of the floor on the right, but I agree with Aaron the one on the left is lovely and will be very functional with respect to maintenance.

Left. The texture is much more welcoming to the eye. The one on the right would be too sterile in a large area.
