It does not seem that I'm having any issues. You might need to reboot your system after you check the correct settings. ?? Just a thought.

No problems here, Theresa. Like Beth said, all I know to do is reboot when computer weird stuff start happening.. That usually takes care of it.

Theresa, I'm not having any problems. Have you set your cookie settings differently? That would indicate your computer is not storing cookies from visit to visit.(Every time I re-start my browser, I have to sign in again, as it deletes the cookies when it closes.

Maybe it is solved. Maybe! When I would sign in lately, I used my e-mail address. Just now, when I read your comments, I had to sign in again. This time I used my houzz name and I am able to post.

Frustrating!

i have had several messages back and forth with houzz support and we can't seem to find an answer. I have followed their suggestions to no avail. it seems that everytime I come to this site, I must sign in. This only started happening in the last few months. The " keep me signed in" button doesn't seem to work. It doesn't matter whether I sign in with my e-mail or user name.

Are you using IE or a different browser? Could be Houzz isn't fully compatible with Firefox or Chrome.

Do you have antivirus, malware blockers, firewalls? Any of those could be causing problems, too.

It sounds like a very annoying problem! I hope it gets resolved.
