Shrubs are not looking good

Shrubs · More Info

Is this a fungus? What's the problem here and what can I do about it? I don't believe this is over or under watering but not sure..it's on drip hose and timer..this is a rental property and I buy a landscaper but not a pro..any suggestions would help..south Florida

More info needed. Anything get sprayed on or around these plants? Any interruption to this drip irrigation? Anything else we should know? Obviously, there's a split between some pretty good plants and these beat-up looking ones, so something has happened there that we don't yet know.

where are you

need to ID the plants.. closer pic ...

is the wall south facing.. and any other pertinent cultural info ... clay soil... etc ..

and i would presume those are dead .. with no signs of green ... but i cant really see the plants very well ...
