Clueless on Ceiling Beams

Want 3 beams plus 2 on walls leaves 4 sections with LED spot in each one in this 13.5x20 room.
Not sure on size...tested 1x7 with 5.5 in middle for center too "tall" go with 1x6 with 5.5 in middle for center beam probably.
Cross beams and crown molding if any...no clue
