Dale's Strain (I consider this one the most generic green and I'm not sure if I don't like its long flower stems)

Caramel (purchased only a couple of weeks ago so it's still small)

Autumn Leaves (this is my most underperforming Heuchera)

Gun Smoke

Black Taffeta

Frosted Violet (started very slow this spring)

Nice healthy plants - they're lovely! I have Fall Festival and Autumn Leaves too and for me they are my two best performers, along with Caramel...funny how everyone seems to have 'the ones' that do best for them. Here's my Autumn Leaves (ignore the weeds please)

Beautiful Jazz, thanks for sharing. Love your Forever Purple. Autumn Leaves didn't make it to season two for me. Really like Lava Lamp too.

Great plants! I really like Black Taffeta, don't think I've seen that around here. The leaf shape is so nice.

Wow... gorgeous Autumn Leaves, serendipity! I wish mine is full of leaves like yours. Can I ask how much sun it gets? Mine gets only about 2 hours of direct morning sunlight and I wonder if it needs more than that to pop. Yours is very beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

Sherry, interestingly my Black Taffetta was planted at a totally different spot than my other Heucheras (which are partially shade). It receives sun from dawn to about 3 pm. I think that's a lot for a Heuchera, but Black Taffeta seems to love and flourish.

Hi Jazzup. My Autumn Leaves is just outside the canopy of a young Maple tree. It gets filtered/indirect sun from about noon onwards and does seem to like it that way. I find it's a hit or miss with me with heurcheras. I have a couple that do quite well, some that have died off right away and some in the middle. I think that each one has its own preferences as I haven't figured out the perfect condition that works for all. You're lucky as all your heurcheras seem to love where they are - they're healthy and beautiful! I really enjoy seeing everyone's pictures!
