HI -- The height of your ceilings has nothing to do with choosing Art. The cheapest Art would be posters . Or go to a used book store and find a large format book that has subject matter your interested in and cut out the ones you like and matt and frame. Even vintage magazines like POST or LIFE . Magazine pages look wonderful in a matt and frame . You will have to back the picture page with black or white craft paper so the other side of the page doesn't shadow through. Movie posters are also fun . You could have your own photos blown up and copied in black and white or sepia tone . Like those large close ups of horses that are so popular now . You could even add your own artistic hand to them with some art pens. This could be a fun project for you.
