What's up with the juniper that you think you need insecticidal soap for? I can't imagine anything that would affect it that a soap product would be at all effective on.

Regardless, you need a pure, all natural soap, like the castile. No natural food stores, health food stores or organic markets in your area? Most dish soaps are not really soaps but detergents and you want to avoid them as they can damage plants. Same with any antibacterial soaps. If you cannot find locally you can always mail order.

Also, prepared commercial insecticidal soaps are not expensive and they really do not lose any effectiveness over time - you can keep indefinitely if stored properly.

Why would you not wish to use the simple products made for this purpose? They are safe, effective, and have a label on the container that gives you proper mixing directions.

Why do you consider them "overkill"?

@rhizo_1 I only said overkill cause I only need some or a little.

@ken_adrian The problem is the leaves are turning brown seems like it is getting dry tho water and sun is sufficient. I googled about this and some says maybe it is because of some soft pests which leads me to finding a solution for it... insecticidal soap.

I agree with identifying the problem first I have people to talk with about this.
