My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Flooring and tool rack

Can you tell me what product was used for the flooring and the framed white tool rack? Great looking project.

    The floor is a simple 2-part epoxy paint with a non-slip sand broadcast over the surface. We had our painting subcontractor do this work.

    The rack system is a typical slat wall system like those provided by http://www.slatwallsystems.com/.

    Outside of a Yugo or a golf cart what was this garage intended for? It looks incredibly short. The floor and ceiling look very nice though.

    nomadgtr; this garage was built for an equestrian facility on a large multi-structure estate property in and exclusive area of Santa Barbara, and is intended to house ATV's; you're right, it's short!
