5 years ago we decided to use deck over paint on our deck that was originally stained. Deck was looking shabby and thought coverup a good option. Had a terrible time deciding on paint color. Was not happy with results because it shows paw prints and everything that touches it. Would a deck paint with texture help detract paw marks? Would a lighter color be better? Our siding next to deck is grey (looks green). It's small deck maybe 14x18? Is another color better or should have stripped and go back to stain, been told you can't undo to stain. Looking for solution to cut down on messy look. When it's wet in pic, it's not so bad, but dries looking dirty, even after power washing. Any advice out there?
