My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    What is the floor made of? Is it actually synthetic ice? Very cool though, I definitely like.

    No, it is not synthetic ice. This floor was painted with an Industrial grade, oil-based epoxy. I personally have some synthetic ice that we have used in our basement, garage and driveway. Check out KwikRink.com
