Hi Nancy! I can send you Lady Friend this year if you don't want to wait to find out next year.

Karen, I may take you up on that. It looks to be such an unusual color, maybe we can work out a swap or something.

Some old friends here. Love 'City Lights'. 'Lady Friend' was here for an age and was a dependable bloomer. Always wanted to see 'Wench' in person. So rich.

Just lovely, Karen! I only have four varieties and have no idea what two of them are.

Ghost Train and Blue Review are my faves. I like the touch of yellow (on the beard?) in Blue Review. As I recall, Lady Friend is not a color that blends well with other colors, but your pic shows the color as having good carrying power. (It is, of course, a sun pic.) It appears to be fairly early in the season yet for you, as I look at all the buds.

You are having a glorious Iris season! Very pretty blooms and so many of them. ....I see the peonies have healthy buds, too.

Thank you everyone for sharing your comments and enthusiasm. It has been blooming nonstop since last week. And every bloom has just been perfectly beautiful! 3-4 years of waiting to get this kind of display makes it so worth it.

Sea Swells is my all time favorite for blue of the all the blues that I grow. Seeing it just makes my heart sings. :)

Karen, I loved the sharp photos of your lovely blooms. I was very impressed with the photo of the white iri:s Pemcaw.

Although it is not a rebloomer, Pemcaw is more beautiful than Immortality, IMHO. It has a very clean crisp white and blooms its head off, but it maybe slow to start when first planted.

I think it was hybridized in Australia. I am digging up rhizomes for another gardener. I am sure I have enough to send some your way if you are interested.

Beautiful blooms of Pemcaw, would love to have some if you have any left Karen :)

Yes, I can send you a rhizome of it. I have others for postage as
well. DO you want to get a small box of iris for postage? I am
digging Blue Review, Harvest of Memories, and Lady Friend. I can send these as well if you are interested in them.

Thank you so much Karen, you are very kind...I don't have any of those except Harvest of Memories that Nancy sent me last month... I sent you msg too...

    Karen,

These are very beautiful [better late than never--always forget about other flower forums since I love daylilies so much]. I'm looking forward to the City Lights and Sea Swells you sent, hopefully blooming next spring.

I gave them a great spot in the yard, but my other irises [noids to me-a light purple, a 2 toned dark purple, a white that won't stand up, & what I think is a Siberian Iris- Lights of Paris] have to be moved. Too crowded and not enough water-under the eves.
