It looks like you have new growth coming up so they're not dead.

What type of sun are they receiving? Wrinkling can be a sign of not enough water.

I keep mine in a West window, opposite an East window and I just put them outside on my front porch. I pot them in 50% perlite and 50% cactus soil and use a chopstick to check the soil moisture and water when dry.

You could try repotting and putting outside in a shaded area and see how they do if it's warm enough where you are.

My daughter has a window like that and there's a heat vent right in front of it and her plants dry up quicker. Do you have a heat vent there too?

Funny, because I've always felt I had been an "over waterer" for years, I've been trying to ignore these guys, and that's now probably done more damage.

Windows face the West, so they usually get 3-4 hours of direct sunlight a day. Yes there is a heat vent right below those windows on the floor, so perhaps that has a lot to do with them drying out.

I'm in lower Wisconsin, and weather is just now getting nice outside. I think I will take the small Sans pictured and put them together in one pot. The larger one, I'm wondering should I shear off the leaves that have completely wilted? I will probably put in a smaller pot to see if I can revive it.

I'll wait to see what feedback is on mixing the 2 smaller plants and shearing the large one.

It wouldn't hurt to combine them. Any leaf that's really dried up you could remove. When you unpot it you can check the rhizomes and see if there's any rot. They should be firm.

Can't always tell from a picture but looks way too peaty. I like Akrrm's advise. I would add much more perlite and I don't like planting sans together. I keep mine all in there own pots.
