Building a home, and it's going have a nice sized kitchen. We are planning on going with a rangetop and, instead of a double wall oven, planning on a wall oven below and an advantium above. Our thinking is we really would never need/use a second oven, and we currently have an Advantium and love it. The 240V Advantiums can't go under the counter, so can't figure out a good place for it other than on top of the regular oven.

From a resale perspective, is it going to be odd that we don't have a second oven, or is the Advantium close enough? We're spending so much on appliances (Wolf/Subzero) and this kitchen that I don't want to have broken some cardinal sin because we only have one true oven.
