I'm having a terrible time deciding what color to paint my living room ceiling (it's currently SW Basket Beige, which used to be the only color in the house before I started my painting spree). My walls are newly painted SW Coriander Powder and I can't decide if I should go with lighter, same or darker color on the ceiling. Our entire house has been one color for 12 years, so I'm looking for a change. The ceilings are 12 feet and we have large windows on one side, an entryway on the other and an open plan kitchen. All of the walls are Coriander Powder, as well as the kitchen's ceiling. I've been considering going with the SW Craft Paper (darker brown), which is the same color as the entryway in the picture, but I'm not sure if I should go lighter or monochromatic.
