this is such a tasteful/ attractive design. i’m curious how the overhangs were finished and vented, and is there an interior gutter system. lastly, where is your firm located? thx

Thank you for the compliment and the questions. The 30" overhangs were finished with smooth James Hardi . On this home we designed a "closed attic" insulation system using icynene spray foam therefore only minor attic venting is installed on the rear side of the roof to allow for the alleviation of negative air flow. The gutter system is painted white to match the facia. If you look closely you can see it. Lastly, we are located in Austin Texas. Best regards, Celeste Reese
