My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your interest. The wood is 2 1/4" select red oak planks. The stain is DuraSeal in Medium Brown. We use this combination quite often. It looks fantastic!

    The floors are very pretty. The grain pattern is called Plain Sawn. The floors look like a Select Grade. Is that correct?
