My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Make Do lap quilt

I finally finished a lap quilt made from a collection of scraps. Everything in the quilt is left over from another project including the batting. Pieces were cut back in November and have been patiently waiting to become something. I refused to buy anything else to add to it - including having to use a color of thread that I might ordinarily not use for quilting. It's just the right size when
