Is there any buttery creamy high oil content avocado variety that grows well in Florida and compares favorably to Hass and the other California varieties that can't handle our heat and humidity?

Some cold hardiness a plus. I am already growing Brogdon & Choquette and looking to add a couple more trees. Thanks.
