Yes Dutch iris is a match, I live in zone 5

I think zone 5 is too cold for them.

Here in warm winter zone 9 we plant them outside. When they have been grown in water (forced) they are planted after bloom is done, watered well, and as the foliage turns brown the water decreases. Usually no bloom the following year as the bulb has been depleted and will take a year to replenish itself.
