What's the weather like up there? If it's been cool, maybe the tomato is waiting for warmer weather. Don't give up yet.

It has been unseasonably warm. All my other tomato plants are growing at unprecedented rates.

Usually it take several trusses of flowers before the growth tip disappears in a given determinant branch. Has this been the case.

But at any rate, disappearance of growth tip is what make a tomato plant determinant. Definitely a determinant is not suitable for single stem growing. You might want to replace it.

I would not have pruned had I known it was a determinate. in fact, I would have probably just grown it in a container, rather than the raised bed.

All the other toms around it are quite large, so if I were to pull it and replace it with a nursery transplant, it'll never get the sun it needs.
