As a somewhat mature woman with grown sons, I find it really hard to lust after anyone under age 35. Seems wrong, somehow, because they are the same age as my sons. LOL - I guess I am REALLY old.

I would agree on the dos Equis guy though - NOW you're talking!!!

I'm with little bug, at 62 my taste runs towards a mature man. I adore Tom Sellek in Blue Bloods. I also love the fact that he has been married to the same woman for over 30 years. That makes him all the more attractive in my book.

I really loved both Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer in Man from U.N.C.L.E.

Hannibal Buress - so funny and cute.

Chay Tay Tay - surprisingly charming and easy to like

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/film/magic-mike-xxl/channing-tatum-chris-pratt-nice-guys/

I used to really love Bruce Willis but I have to give in and say he's finally just too old for me (and I'm about 20 years too old for him!)

I really enjoy Jason Statham too, he's like a grumpy dad action star.

    Idris Elba goes without saying

Kal Penn too, especially now that he's a civil servant. We could have bureacrat babies!

Also Adam Pally could be my adorable schlubby boyfriend anytime.

As for the ladies, giant fan girl crush on June Diane Raphael (how did this get made podcast and Grade and Frankie). So cute and funny and she looks great pregnant!

Also love Aisha Tyler: beautiful, smart, funny, nerdy

Huge combined crush on Abbi and Ilana from Broad City. They look like they're having so much fun and they are so darn funny.

Big crush on Mindy Kaling too, I just really love her character on the Mindy Project and her sense of style.

I dont have many current crushes. There is a guy on facebook that posts pics in the WFPB HCLF forums. OMG he is yummy, but young, but yummy. (long blonde hair, muscles, tattoos)

and then I really really liked Oded Fehr in Covert affair - something about his character, looks and accent combined. Swoon!

    Also always Vin Diesel.

It is funny I like musicians usually, but I don't have cable and I have no idea what any of them look like anymore! about 5 years ago I looked a few up and they were young and not that hot so I stopped looking. It ruined the songs for me :) So in my mind I still like the steven tyler of years ago, the singer for Extreme, etc. but I am sure they don't look like that now!

Tom Selleck. I was told he looked at the home next to us and the property behind it, but ended up not buying them because there wasn't enough for his horses. Be still my heart!

    And Matthew McConaughey

    Eek, Linen.

My teen crush was Elton John. Quite a few summers ago, I was living in Provincetown, MA, where my parents have a house, and a neighbor told me that a realtor representing Elton John had approached the owner of a house across the street from ours, on the water, and told him that Elton John wanted to rent his house for the summer.

we share a beach and our deck is attached to his!!

I started shaking and decided right then and there that I was going to have to do a lot of baking that summer and would be out of sugar A LOT so that I'd have to go over to Elton to borrow large quantities of sugar! Lol.

But then he told me our neighbor said no.

    Alas. No baking that summer.

Aw Tibb! I was really hoping for a different ending to your story. Elton John is my very favorite of all musician. I listen to him every day. My late brother and I listened to him together when I was very young, it is some of my first memories. When I was 5, I knew every word to every song on Madman Across the Water.

When I was 15, I was sitting on a bench outside the DFW terminals. I was mad and acting like a brat because I had to go to Cheer camp. There was an Elton John concert that night that I was devastated about not getting to go to (as only a 15 year old girl can be devastated). A guy sat down next to me and I pointedly scooted further away from him. I gave him a sideways glance and nearly fainted. It was Elton John. I shrieked. He looked panicky and said, "Please, sshhhhhh". I started crying and told him I loved him. A limo pulled up and poof he was gone.

In 2005 he graciously signed the Madman Across the Water album for me before a show in Las Vegas.

The fact that he's seems to be an attentive father and has been married to the mother of his children for so long makes me swoon even more...

Please tell us out of the loop folks who he is lisa

It's David Beckham! Gorgeous. I was surprised when I first heard him speak, his voice was not what I expected, but that's okay, kind of makes him even cuter.

I forgot about these two :)

I don't think that I ever heard of any of the ones what were mentioned! So, just put me down for Richard Gere!

Cattyles: "A guy sat down next to me and I pointedly scooted further away from him. I gave him a sideways glance and nearly fainted. It was Elton John. I shrieked"

OMG!! Fainting...someone get the smelling salts! You lucky duck!

" He looked panicky and said, "Please, sshhhhhh". I started crying and told him I loved him."

    ROFL!!

    What a great story!

Sorry, Olychick. Yes, David Beckham. (Thanks, Gail!)

His public persona is that he's an active father and has stayed with his wife for many years. I find that super-attractive.

Of course it may help that his wife is pretty and successful. But so was Tiger Woods' wife, and he ended up a philanderer. What a disappointment because he had done so much for minorities in sports and ended up a real douche-bag. (Pardon the phrase, but he is.)

And I never really fancied George Clooney, who seemed like a player to me all those years.

But I find Pierce Brosnan really attractive because he appears devoted to his current wife who arguably doesn't fit the mold of a Hollywood wife.

Anyway, I don't know any of these people or what they do behind closed doors, obviously. But their public personas tend to influence how "hot" I think they are.

Cyn, I adore Neil Finn. I loved Split Endz too. Neil Finn's solo stuff is incredible.

Tom Hardy, Idris Elba, James Norton (Happy Valley, Grantchester). I'm a sucker for the accent. The late Robert Palmer is still a fave.

Raven, YES Josh Holloway is dreamy!

Yes, Sam Elliott. I first saw him in the movie Mask when I was a teenager. The way he carries off facial hair...

Speaking of facial hair, I've seen the "mountain man" or thick beard styles in fashion for years, but recently I'm noticing it more among "regular guys" in my community. Any husbands or sons sporting them? I like them. My DH cannot grow one due to his profession, and my sons are a bit young to be sporting that much facial hair. But I appreciate a guy in his 20s or 30s that makes this a fashion statement.
