Need Thoughts on Seam & Chip Repair

Hi - I am hoping to get some feedback on the attached quartz seam and chip repair. The seam unfortunately was put in the middle of a drawer and there were 2 chips in the quartz when it was originally installed. I was hoping it would be much less noticeable. Am I being unrealistic to expect it to look better? Please help!
