You can move any time now. Here in zone 6 they say the preferred time is July. I've also heard anytime from 2 weeks after bloom til 6 weeks before 1st frost date & i know from experience that is the case. If you wait til closer to frost date, you will be less likely to get bloom though.

If bloom is done for the year, you're good to go. Just remember to cut the flags back - I usually cut them to 8 inches or so. They will stay in the ground better like that.
